This track is a banger! It feels like a big jump between the previous album, and this track. I set out to write something that would stand out. It started as a classic trance track. But then I added the groovy baseline and the funky melodies, and it turned into a sort of funk/trance hybrid. I’ve managed to combine my love of dance and funk into something that overlaps both genres. Even the artwork is a step up compared to previous releases. 2023 was definitely a new start for my music.
